赵文媛副教授长期从事生物信息学高通量数据分析方法的优化和结直肠癌临床转化研究,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目一项,黑龙江省自然科学基金面上项目一项,负责结题一项国自然科学基金面上项目。参与发表SCI论文30余篇,其中第一作者4篇,通讯作者18篇。积极指导本科生参与各级各类学科竞赛,获首届黑龙江省“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛创意组三等奖一项,中国TRIZ杯创新方法大赛国家一等奖一项,美国大学生数学建模竞赛二等奖一项,全国大学生数学建模竞赛二等奖一项等。
